This is a call for papers that make a significant contribution to the topic of Decision and Optimization: Theory and Applications Perspective. It is open to all researchers of this area. We would like to encourage, in particular, all participants to the IEEE2024 International Conference on Control, Decision and Information Technologies (CoDIT 2024), held in Valletta (Malta), July 01-04, 2024 (https://codit2024.com/), to submit extended versions of their presented papers. Contributions arising from papers given at a conference should be substantially extended and should cite the conference paper where appropriate. Moreover, the call is also open to papers which have not been presented at the conference.
High quality research papers are solicited to address theoretical as well as practical issues of Decision and Optimization: Theory and Applications Perspective (DO_TAP). The main topics of interest include but are not limited to:
- Control engineering
- Decision Making
- Integer programming
- Linear programming
- Location and routing
- Manufacturing systems
- Multiple objective programming
- Network design and optimization
- Nonlinear programming
- Performance evaluation
- Robotics
- Routing and scheduling in logistical
- Supply chain management
- Transportation problems
- Industry 4.0
- Energy Optimization
The deadline for submission is December 15th, 2024.
Instructions for authors can be found https://www.rairo-ro.org/author-information/instructions-for-authors
Authors should submit their manuscripts via the Journal’s online submission site using Article Type: CoDIT2024-DO_TAP. The submission system will be open from September 30 to December 15, 2024. Manuscripts submitted after the deadline may not be considered for the special issue and may be transferred to a regular issue. Papers will be subject to a strict review process managed by the Guest Editors and accepted papers will be published online individually before printing.
